Twin Vertical Bandsaw
The twin vertical bandsaw is a high-productive and reliable mill for small to medium logs diameter up to 20inches(50cm) and 3m in length. It is manufactured for sawing logs into two-side shapes.
Product Details:
Optional log loading deck help single operator delivery log onto rotation chain and rotate each one in the right position then put it onto feed conveyor.
While crossing through double saw blades, the log is pressed by multiple pneumatical rollers from the top of sawmill to ensure it will be stable in the mill. The operator can choose the demanded cutting size from the touch screen by variable feed speed from 9m-25m/min.
Once through twin blades, the main slab keeps moving under both V-chain&pneumatical rollers for further processing, normally there is Multiple horizontal resaw Or multiple ripsaws in the next cut; slab cutting saw for two dropped slabs.
The twin vertical band saw is ideal for flooring mill, pallet mill and wall mill where need small cross-cutting dimensions.
